Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

All US orders include full insurance coverage at no extra charge. In the unlikely event your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

We also ship to all other countries worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. UTORIA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website or through the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. UTORIA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs inspections, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@utoria.store and we will assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
